The General Practice at the Craigmore Family Practice is bulk billing. However, there are several services that do not attract a Medicare rebate. These services include:

  • Pre-employment medical examinations and reports
  • Commercial driving licence assessments
  • Procedure Room fees

Our Doctors:

Dr Henry Dibiamaka (MBBS, MBA (UNSW), FRACGP)

Dr Henry Dibiamaka has a special interest in child health, pregnancy and related issues, men’s health, mental health, skin cancer diagnosis and surgical removal, hypertension and managing chronic ailments such as diabetes, heart and chest diseases. He also provides holistic care for prenatal to elderly.

Dr Akm Hassan (MBBS, FRACGP)

Dr Hassan has been working at the Craigmore Family Practice since 2011. He has a special interest in geriatrics, hypertension, chronic respiratory diseases, mental health issues, paediatrics, minor surgical procedure and chronic disease management in particular diabetes and renal disease. Dr Hassan helps support the Bangladeshi community in Adelaide.

Dr Vikas Jasoria (MBBS, BSc (Hons), DRCOG, FRACGP, MRCGP)

Dr Jasoria has been working at the Craigmore Family Practice since February 2009. He was trained at the Imperial College in London, England.  He specialises in mental health, chronic disease management (cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension), men’s health, paediatrics and geriatrics (elderly care). He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Northern Adelaide Medicare Local and on the Executive Committee for South Australian Indian Medical Association.

Dr Rizwan Latif (BSc, MBBS, FRACGP, DCH (Adelaide))

Dr Latif has been working at the Craigmore Family Practice since 2005. He graduated in 1997 and has worked as Surgical Registrar and has extensive experience in trauma and emergency management. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and holds a Diploma of Child health from Women and Children Hospital, Adelaide.

Dr Latif is experienced in general medicine, emergency, general surgery, travel medicine and sexual and psychological health. He also has a special interest in children’s health, skin cancer care and chronic disease management. He has been mentoring and training recent graduate doctors in general practice for a number of years. He is also involved in IMG training.

Dr Latif holds a post of Clinical Lecturer of Adelaide University and is a current Vice Chairman of Northern Adelaide Medicare Local, Deputy Chair Northern Health Network, Child Health Clinical Network Committee Womens and Childrens Hospital, Drug and Therapeutic Committee at Lyell McEwin and Modbury Hospitals and Vice-President, Pakistan Medical Association South Australia.

Dr Soo-Jin Leng (MBBS, FRACGP)

Dr Leng has worked at the Craigmore Family Practice since 2008. He graduated with MBBS in 1991 and FRACGP in 1996 at Adelaide University. He has a special interest in chronic diseases in the elderly (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, respiratory diseases), minor surgical procedure and children’s health.

Dr Innocent Muchenje (MBChB, FRACGP)

Dr Innocent Muchenje has been working at the Craigmore Family Practice since 2009. After graduating in 1998 with MBChB from Godfrey Huggins School Of Medicine at the University Of Zimbabwe, he has worked as a general practioner for 10 years. He then later completed a FRACGP in Australia in 2008. Dr Muchenje has a special interest in children’s health, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, respiratory disease), minor surgical procedures and mental health.

Dr Stefan Unterkofler (FRACGP)

Dr Stefan Unterkofler graduated from Med School at Karl Franzens University, Austria in 2002. He completed his FRACGP in Australia in 2010. He has worked as a General Practitioner for over 10 years. Dr Unterkofler is interested in all aspects of general practice and has special interest in chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, respiratory disease), Weight Loss Management and Pain management.

Dr Shree Gandhamaneni

Dr Shree Gandhamaneni completed her MBBS following which she had training in Gynaecology. She did her General Practice training  in UK .

She furthered her skills in family planning and was awarded Family planning degree in UK .

She moved to Australia following grant of her Fellowship in RACGP . Dr Shree  has worked  in various specialties including  Gynaecology , endocrinology , General medicine and  A&E for 20 years .


Dr Shanthi Kandasamy (MBBS, DGO, MD(Obs & Gyn), FRACGP)

15 years experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, interests in women’s health, child health, chronic disease management and surgical excision of lumps and skin cancer.  Trained in IUCD (Mirena) insertion and removal.
